Protected Disclosures

Speaking Up

In line with Zurich’s Code of Conduct and The Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022, Zurich is committed to providing a facility to report Protected Disclosures in good faith.

Zurich does not tolerate retaliation against any worker who reports or participates in any investigation in good faith.

Reporting to the Zurich Ethics Line

Protected Disclosures can be reported via the Zurich Ethics Line. We check every report and follow it up consistently. Please let us know as many details as possible about the incident.

Disclosures to Prescribed Persons

Protected Disclosures may also be reported externally to a third party such as a prescribed person. Where a worker wishes to make a report to the Central Bank of Ireland relating to breaches of financial services legislation, they may make the disclosure by contacting the Central Bank via post, telephone or email. Further information is available under the "Report Wrongdoing" section of the Central Bank of Ireland website. Further details can be found here: www.centralbank.ie/contact-us
