Come approvato dall'Alta Corte Irlandese il 16 giugno 2022 e a partire dal 1° luglio 2022 il portafoglio composto da polizze vita italiane sottoscritte da Zurich Life Assurance plc (ZLAP) e vendute in Italia, in regime di libera prestazione di servizi ed in libera prestazione di stabilimento, è stato conferito a Zurich Investments Life S.p.A (ZIL). A partire dal 1° luglio 2022 ZIL è responsabile dell'operatività della sua/e polizza/e.

As approved by the Irish High Court on 16 June 2022 and with effect from 1 July 2022, the Zurich Life Assurance plc (ZLAP) portfolio of Italian life assurance policies underwritten by ZLAP and sold in Italy, on a freedom of service or freedom of establishment basis, has been transferred to Zurich Investments Life S.p.A (ZIL). From 1 July 2022 ZIL will assume responsibility for the operation of your policy/policies.
