Fraudulent activity

Zurich in Ireland is aware of fraudulent activity in relation to a number of investments including the “Gold Bond Account”, “Limited Edition Term Deposit” and “Sustainability Bond-Fund” offered by fake companies with various “Zurich” identities such as “Zurich Bonds”, “Zurich Bank”, “Zurich Ireland plc”. 

We can confirm that these products do not exist and are not products offered by Zurich businesses in Ireland. There may be other named investments not listed here that we are unaware of.

What you should do

If you are contacted by the fraudsters (by telephone or email) you should not engage with them, you should not share your bank account details and you should contact Zurich Life at customerservices@zurich.com or by telephone on 01 799 2711 and advise the Gardaí.

Zurich will never ask you to provide bank account details or credit/bank card details by email or by links contained in an email.

Zurich is treating this matter very seriously and we have reported fraudulent activity that we are aware of to the Gardaí and the Central Bank of Ireland.
