Did you know that you can sign up to MyZurich online portal where you can make policy changes, including a temporary car substitution. You can register for the portal here.  If already registered, you can login here.

Please use the submission form below. Please note that submission of this form does not automatically change the cover under your policy. One of our team will contact you to confirm the requested change. Changes to the policy can only be made by the policyholder or delegated person.

Please note: Zurich will need consent from the policyholder by phone or in writing before we can deal with a delegated person.

Note: If cover in respect of the Temporary Vehicle is required for more than 14 days then please contact us directly on 0818 400 700. It is important that you provide the complete details in relation to the vehicle. All information required should be available on the Vehicle Registration Certificate.
Note: We asume that the Temporary Vehicle is a PRIVATE CAR which has not been altered/modified from the manufacturer's standard specification and that it will not be used in connection with any business unless said usage is permitted under the terms of your policy.
