Our first action will always be to appoint one of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) representatives who will be your direct point of contact with Zurich. They'll support you through every step, addressing all your queries, and they will work with you to devise an employee communication strategy that works for everyone. They'll be in touch with you on a regular basis and you can reach out to your CRM representative or set up a face-to-face meeting (virtual or in-person) at any time. When you need to talk, we're there.
Our Corporate Life and Pensions Administration area has overall responsibility for service delivery on corporate pensions. A dedicated administration team within this area will be allocated to your Scheme. In addition, there are specialist teams which support particular critical functions, ranging from Group Contributions to Annual Reporting.
