At Zurich, we are always looking for ways to improve our service to you. So, we are pleased to tell you we have added a dedicated Group PRSA Support Team to our Group Corporate Pensions Department.
We have listened to your feedback and understand the importance of having a dedicated team of people to support you.

From 11 February 2019, the Group PRSA team will manage all your Group PRSA queries from start to finish, with the exception of your Pension maturities, which will continue to be processed by our specialised maturity team. However, the dedicated Group PRSA team will be able to assist you and manage any queries which may arise during this process.
