Reminder: Our banking partner is changing
As we approach the 2022 year-end tax deadline for company pensions, many customers are sending payments to Zurich via EFT. As Zurich’s Ulster Bank accounts will be closing early in the new year it is important to use our new Bank account details on payments submitted.

As we approach the 2022 year-end tax deadline for company pensions, many customers are sending payments to Zurich via EFT. As Zurich’s Ulster Bank accounts will be closing early in the new year it is important to use our new Bank account details on payments submitted.
Our new accounts are allocated as follows:
- Top-ups to existing Zurich Policies
- New Zurich policy
- Transfer from another Life office
- Renewals and other payments

We also have two new accounts for group pension and risk business. Details of these accounts can be found here.
Will recent payments to our old bank account be accepted?
During this transition phase our old bank account details remain valid however this account will shortly be closed.
If you have any clients who have sent payments recently using our old bank account details, the payment will be accepted as normal and no further action is required.
