OnlineApply offer extended

We are delighted to confirm that we have extended the €100 bonus payment offer on our new OnlineApply proposal system until 26 April 2019. So far, the usage rates have been impressive and more and more Financial Brokers are using OnlineApply as their default option. 

However, we have made one change to the terms and conditions for the bonus payment. For us to put a case live, we only need to see the 'Personal Declaration Form' part of the application i.e., this is the element that you need to scan and upload to us. However, to date, we have received a large number of full applications - i.e. the Personal Declaration Form and the Personal Information Form. So going forward, to encourage a change, we will only pay the bonus on cases where only the Personal Declaration Form has been uploaded to us.

You can submit and immediately put live new RP Personal Pensions and RP PRSAs (AVC and non-AVC) - all in a matter of minutes. It's a very simple and straightforward process - just login to the 'sales' section of the Broker Centre and click Quote and Apply. You can also avail of a €100 bonus payment for every case submitted online.

What can go through OnlineApply? 

You can submit RP Self Employed Pensions and RP Individual PRSAs (AVC and non-AVC)* online - you just need to make sure you have all client and plan details to hand and your non-protection agent number. *Not available for Salary Deduction policies. 

What about single premiums? 

At this time, you cannot submit standalone single premium cases. However, you can submit a single premium if it accompanies a regular premium and your ZST team will then see what else is required in order to apply your single premium.

New declaration only application form

To simplify the process, we have redesigned our application forms into two parts - a Personal Declaration Form and a Personal Information Form.

When submitting online, all you need to upload to Zurich is a signed Personal Declaration Form. If not submitting the pension online, you'll need to send both the Personal Declaration Form and the Personal Information Form.

Any additional information or outstanding requirements should be sent to your dedicated ZST team as normal.

What if your client has completed an 'old-style' application form?

If one of your clients has completed an old-style application form, that's no problem. You can still submit this proposal to us using the new OnlineApply system. Just make sure to upload a full scanned copy of the application form at the end of the process. We'll be able to accept old-style application forms until 29 March 2019. 

Rewarding you for OnlineApply

Until 26 April, to help you get up to speed with the new system, Zurich will pay you €100 for every case you submit online. Given that cases can take only a matter of minutes, this should be a welcome incentive.
