New ZTSL Executive Application

Today we're focusing on something rather simple - improving the efficiency of one of our more complex product applications, our ZTSL Executive Pension application form.

We've taken the time to revisit every question on the form and ask ourselves 1) Is the question necessary and 2) Is the question clear and concise. Along with this, we've even looked at the the order in which questions are asked to make completion as streamlined as possible. In response to broker feedback, the default vesting period is now Statutory Vesting for all members.

Already we've seen that using the new application has led to a reduction in the time taken from input to issue.

From Next Monday, March 21st - we will no longer accept the older version of this application.

Please ensure you take the time to download the new application and top up forms below and destroy any old printed copies in your office.
