Editable claim forms

Today, we attach editable versions of our most used claim forms. You can save each editable Claim Form onto a work file, simply open it and click save. We will at times issue updated and amended forms, so you’ll need to make sure that you always keep the most up-to-date one on file. These editable Claim Forms are a great first step to make the claims process more email friendly.
