Editable application forms and DocuSign

At the moment we're all adjusting to working from home, even us here at Zurich. While these are no doubt challenging times for us all, we're here to help you keep your business running as smoothly as possible. Over the next couple of weeks we'll be giving you some guidance and practical tips on how to work from home with Zurich.

Today, we attach our latest Editable PDFs below along with some important DocuSign advice. You can save each editable Application Form onto a work file, simply open it and click save. We will at times issue updated and amended forms, so you’ll need to make sure that you always keep the most up-to-date one on file. These editable Application Forms are a great first step to make the new business application process more email friendly.

DocuSign and Zurich

Zurich accepts DocuSign digital signatures for New Business application forms for the following product lines:

· Guaranteed Term, Mortgage Protection and WOL.
· Personal Pensions & PRSAs
· Personal Retirement Bonds
· ARFs
· Savings and Investment products (except child savings plus)
· Group PRSAs
· Group DC scheme new member applications (except Fusion product)

We cannot accept digital signatures for:

· Executive Pension Plans / Fusion
· Group DC employer applications
· Group Risk

IMPORTANT NOTE: The only digital signature provider we currently accept is DocuSign and the Zurich Application Form must be accompanied by a Certificate of Completion for each signature. If the DocuSign digital signature is not accompanied by the corresponding Certificate of Completion, we will not accept the application. Each individual signature will clearly state that it is a DocuSigned signature and will also contain a unique bar code and will be time and date stamped. Please see the example below. You must check that the bar code stamp on the certificate of completion matches that on the application form. (Note: Other digital signature software providers such as Adobe are not accepted at this point in time).
