COVID-19: Zurich Continuity of Business
While the last week has been challenging and the uncertainty brought on by the advancement of COVID-19 is concerning to all, Zurich’s Business Resilience Team has been meeting daily to ensure we have contingency plans in place to deal with this outbreak.
We can confirm that we remain open for business. Over the last number of weeks, we have been reviewing our working practices with the aim of limiting the effect of the illness and providing continuity of service for key transactions. This includes testing and preparing our work from home practices.
We have also taken the decision to suspend all face to face Broker meetings, seminars and conferences, and will replace these where we can with telephone calls or webinars. Our Broker Consultants and your sales support teams are available on the phone and email as normal.
We are taking all the necessary precautions and actions to protect the health and safety of our people while minimising the interruption to the service we provide to you and our customers.
