Client centre update

What's new?

 From today when a customer requests online access and their policy issues, their Client Centre login instructions will be sent to them via email rather than via post.This service will make the login process faster and more efficient and is exclusively available for our "Signature free" products.

Speed: Faster account setup means your clients can login straight away to view their policy online.

Simplicity: A seamless and hassle-free experience, enhancing client satisfaction and trust.

Reliability: Clients no longer need to rely on receiving two letters in the post or lost mail. Instead one single email replaces this. 

Signature Free applications: occupation question update

From today when completing our Signature Free applications online, you will need to select an occupation from the drop down list available rather than a free text box. This change will mean that the occupation free text box will no longer be available and ALL occupations must be selected from the list of predefined occupations.

Minor updates - paper application forms

For our 'offline' paper application forms listed below, we have made a small update to the client centre access question. As we continue to expand our online services, it is essential for all customers to have an opportunity to login. So going forward instead of asking customers to select "Yes" or "No" on our paper application, we will now default them to receive access to our client centre. Of course, If customers prefer not to log in for their own personal reasons, they can simply disregard the login details they receive from us.
