Action needed on Group DC Schemes

From 16 May 2023 we will be sending letters and documentation to Group DC scheme employers, with less than 100 members, that are ready to begin their transition to the Zurich Master Trust.

You will find three letters attached to this communication:

Letter 1 – for schemes whose trustee is Zurich Trustee Services Limited (ZTSL)

We will be issuing a letter, an application form and a flyer for the Zurich Master Trust. We need to receive a completed and signed application form no later than Friday 9 June to ensure that we can schedule the transfer to the Zurich Master Trust in 2023.

Letter 2 – for schemes who have an independent trustee

We will be issuing a letter, an application form and a flyer for the Zurich Master Trust. We need to receive a completed and signed application form no later than Friday 9 June to ensure that we can schedule the transfer to the Zurich Master Trust in 2023.

Letter 3 – for schemes where the employer is the trustee

We will be issuing a letter, an application form and a flyer for the Zurich Master Trust. We need to receive a completed and signed application form no later than Friday 9 June to ensure that we can schedule the transfer to the Zurich Master Trust in 2023.
