2 Factor Authentication - Now Live

When you login to our secure site this morning you will be prompted to link an email and mobile phone to your account. We’ll verify the email address and mobile phone, and for each subsequent login, you will be required to provide:

1. Your verified email address

2. Your 8 character password

3. And a one-time code sent to your verified mobile number

Reminder: Users sharing login credentials

If you don’t currently have your own individual login credentials i.e. perhaps you share with a colleague or haven’t gotten around to setting one up – then you need to take action..

Every individual must have their own unique login details, without these you will be unable to access our secure site. These unique details will be linked to your own individual mobile number and email address. You will not be able to access the Secure site without this. 

To organise individual credentials, all you need to do is complete the attached editable Broker Centre Access form and have the Principal of your agency return it to your Broker Consultant or Agencyadmin@zurich.com.
