Taking place on September 19 at Croke Park in Dublin, the National Pensions Summit promises a stellar line up of expert speakers who will discuss the current pension landscape, its transition and its future.
With many changes expected to take place across Ireland’s pension landscape in the coming years, it is timely that the National Pension Summit is taking place at Croke Park on September 19. Bringing together industry experts for a comprehensive programme of presentations, panel debates and keynote speakers, the aim of the summit is to discuss how these changes will be managed and implemented.
Sponsored by Zurich, attendees to the Pension Summit will hear from a host of speakers including Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection, Regina Doherty and Professor Alan Barrett CEO, Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI).
Rose Leonard, Head of Corporate Customer Relationships, Zurich will discuss the concept of Financial Wellbeing, and how an employee's life can be supported all the way through to retirement.
Mairéad O’Mahony DC and Consumer leader at Mercer Ireland will look at the future of savings in Ireland, posing the question is it time to retire retirement?
Maurice Whyms, President, Society of Actuaries Ireland (SAI) will highlight key learnings from abroad, and Chris Curry, Director, Pensions Policy Institute, UK will give a keynote address on the UK’s experience of auto enrolment.
There will also be a panel discussion with pension experts discussing ways to solve the pension challenge together.
